Ticket Availability
The sale of any tickets be they online or box office tickets are subject to availability.
Delays or Cancellations
It is possible that due to unforeseeable circumstances a particular show may be cancelled or delayed. Should this occur at any time, Ringside Theatre Company (RTC) cannot be held responsible for any amount other than the actual cost of the purchased tickets and only if RTC are the producers. It should be stressed that Ringside Theatre Company cannot be held responsible for third party productions. The name of the producer is identified in the events list.
Refunds
Refunds, in full or partial if purchased directly through RTC’s payment gateway may be requested based upon terms and conditions stated with Ringside Theatre Company’s refund policy. A copy of which can be accessed via our website www.ringsidetheatre.com or by clicking here.
Misconduct
Ringside Theatre Company’s representatives reserve the right to refuse entry to any member of the public should they turn up to the venue in an unfit state which may cause disturbance or offence to the performers or other audience members. RTC representatives also reserve the right to ask a member of the audience to leave if they are disrespectful to the performance, performers, staff or other audience members.
