Cancellation & Refunds Policy

Overview

Our cancellation and refund policy for performance tickets is as follows:

Cancellation made 10 days or less prior to performance date on ticket, no refund.

Cancellation made between 30 and 11 days prior to performance date on ticket, partial refund of 50% of ticket value.

Cancellation made 31 days and over prior to performance date on ticket, full refund of 100% of ticket value.

To be eligible for a refund, we require proof of purchase / receipt.

Our cancellation and refund policy for non-performance events or classes or workshop tickets is as follows:

Cancellation made 30 days or less prior to event date on ticket, no refund.

Cancellation made 31 days or more prior to event date on ticket, full refund of 100% of ticket.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchange

Purchased tickets maybe transferred to another person. Exchange of ticket to an alternative performance date may be possible, subject to availability and like for like ticket type.
